I recently attended the first-ever Shadowmania Canada, and while in Toronto, I was able to buy SEVEN Spotnicks CD'S. Two of them were doubles. SInce then, I have bought more of the Spotnicks CD's from "Magic" in France. I am a fan of both the Shadows and the Spotnicks. I like each group for their unique sounds, and I was delighted to see a picture of Hank Marvin and Bo Winberg together on the "Live 1999" album from Magic. 

I will be looking for more CD's of the Spotnicks, and I may write to Carelia in Sweden. I first came into contact with the Spotnicks music when I lived in Germany in the 60's. I bought all their albums at that time. But when I returned to Canada, I eventually sold all my vinyl in the 70's. I was truly delighted to be able to find Spotnicks CD's in Toronto. Hearing them again brought back fond memories of my time in Europe. They are are WONDERFUL group! I have loanded my CD's to a friend who is also a Shadows fan, and now he has ordered some Spotnicks albums from Magic. We are doing our little bit to promote both groups. There is plenty of room to appreciate each for the different and unique styles.
